If you are looking for a video of a guy playing slide, just for entertainment, this is it. If you want to learn the slide, look somewhere else.

Great DVD for someone needing more challenge playing slide guitar. Roy Rogers is "The Master of Slide" This DVD will give even talented players some thing to work on. Would highly recommend.

just bought this dvd. i am a big fan of homespun videos and was going to buy this a few years ago but never did. i was on you tube and typed his name in and it shows him playing with a band the 5-6 songs he teaches you on the dvd. his is awesome. i bought one of his cds but his playing is at its best on this instructional dvd. he plays with a band then breaks each song down for you. roy rogers is a great slide player, check out my other reviews on eric sardinas, another awesome slide player. neither one of these guys get the recognition they deserve.
