A fall can have serious consequences for seniors. This well designed, informative video is a must have for seniors living on their own and wanting to stay safe and maintain their independence.

I actually bought this video too late. Both my mother and mother-in-law fell within 24 hours of each other. These women are not what I consider "elderly"- in their early 70's - and healthy. However, their balance, depth perception, bone strength, etc., are starting to deteriorate. My mother-in-law is facing a very lengthy rehabilitation on her hand & wrist, and my mother still has pain when walking. This all could have been avoided if we had followed some of the very simle and easy to implement techniques that Ms. Schlenker demonstrates. Don't wait until it's too late!!!!!

INCREDIBLY informative. The video offers the necessary information for those that care and are taking responsibility of their family and friends. After reviewing the information, I realized there were situations that needed to be addressed for the healthful daily living of the ones in need. I was also reminded of what a small investment and a little time could do to improve the day to day struggles . The video also offered a personal peace of mind that I have done everything I could, to help and prevent situations that present themselves during the days of elderly living. After watching it, I've only wondered why it took so long for someone to realize the needs of those that brought us into this world....and that's were I'm reminded of the caring intelligence of Mrs. Linda Schlenker, the author of this video.A MUST SEE VIDEO....and Iook forward to the success of this information for the good of everyones health.
